See the pattern. Understand your experience.

Coercive control hides in plain sight — across thousands of everyday messages. Sivolo helps you recognise it, make sense of it, and evidence it: privately and securely, grounded in the law.

The problem

“Something feels wrong, but I can’t quite name it.”

Coercive control works through repetition — small acts of isolation, monitoring, blame-shifting and intimidation that feel normal in the moment but form a pattern over months and years. It’s exhausting to see from the inside, and almost impossible to explain to anyone else.

Invisible by nature

A single message rarely looks like abuse — the harm lives in the pattern. And when you’re living it, you’re too close, and too busy defending yourself, to step back and see that pattern, buried across thousands of texts.

Hard to evidence

Although building the case is the police’s job, a phone can hold years of conversation — so in practice victims are often left to find and isolate the evidence themselves, often over hundreds of hours.

Turned against you

A defensive reply in the face of provocation is easily mistaken for aggression. Reactive abuse is often misread — sometimes by police — with the risk of the victim being misidentified as the perpetrator, deepening the trauma.

What Sivolo does

Your own messages, organised into evidence you can finally see

You export a message history you already have — WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS — and Sivolo analyses it against the framework the UK Police & Crown Prosecution Service actually use for coercive and controlling behaviour. In minutes, the pattern becomes visible.

  • Every finding is tied to specific, time-stamped messages
  • Grounded in Section 76 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 and CPS statutory guidance
  • Reactive-abuse analysis shows provocation and response side by side
  • Export a clear PDF report for police, an IDVA or a solicitor

One conversation, four lenses

The same messages, seen four ways

Sivolo organises findings into four evidence groups, each answering a question the law asks — so nothing is double-counted and nothing is missed.

Reactive abuse

Were you provoked?

Pairs the other party’s provocation with your response, so a defensive reply is never read in isolation.

High-value admissions

What did they admit?

Surfaces the other party’s own words admitting intent, awareness or control — direct, in their own hand.

Victim impact

What was the effect?

Identifies fear, compliance and normalisation — evidence of the serious effect the law requires.

Pattern categories

Which patterns appear?

Scores recognised patterns — monitoring, isolation, threats, DARVO and more — by how pervasive they are.

Built for your safety

The safest place to make sense of what’s happening

The first fear is always the same: what if they find it? Sivolo is engineered so that they don’t — and so that your messages never leave your control.

  • Your message content is never stored on our servers
  • Your finished results are stored only briefly, encrypted so only you can open them
  • Locked behind your fingerprint, face or PIN every time it opens
  • A panic gesture instantly hides the app behind a harmless screen
  • Disguise the app’s name and icon on your home screen
  • Stay as anonymous as you choose — Sivolo keeps only an anonymous account ID

One engine, three editions

For survivors, for the people who support them, and for law enforcement & criminal justice

The same forensic analysis engine, scaled to who you are — from a private personal app to organisation-wide deployment.

“I built Sivolo because I lived it. I know what it’s like to have a pattern you can feel but don’t understand and can’t prove — and to watch your own words used against you. Everyone deserves the tools to be believed.”
